Order Info
Every piece listed on this site is available for sale. If you see something you like and don't want to use our e-commerce system, please call, write, or e-mail us to let us know, and we will ship it to you as quickly as we can. Our shop (and telephone) hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Sundays. Remember that we are in the Mountain Time zone. Give us a day or so to answer e-mail. In the meantime you will be dealing with real people- usually the owners, Irvin and Lisa Trujillo, or Cathy Viele, our manager.
It is our intention to keep our on-line inventory as up-to-date as possible.
However, this website and database are maintained by hand, and occasionally a piece accidentally remains listed after it is sold. If the piece you order is no longer available we will contact you ASAP. In these cases we can substitute a different piece into your order, or we may be able to recreate the original piece as a custom order. There are some limitations. Some weavers will not reproduce their pieces, or allow other weavers to do so. Some weavers would be perfectly happy to do a piece again, perhaps with custom colors, but the production time on such pieces varies tremendously. A small project may take only a month or so, a large one may require several months. Please remember that these are handmade items, by real human weavers who have real lives.
