Centinela Traditional Arts Customer Policy
1) Return Policy We do take product returns. We
understand that you may not have gotten just the right color or size,
and we don't want you to regret any purchase from Centinela. We will return
your money, less a $5 restocking fee, when we receive the returned product
in new, saleable condition. We will not take returns on any pieces that
are dirty or damaged, or more than 30 days past the original sale date.
You will be responsible for all shipping charges.

any questions you have and initiate your custom order or ship out of inventory.
Our business hours are 9-6 Monday through Saturday and 10-5 on Sundays.

On-line: We are very happy to have a functioning
e-commerce system on a secure system. If you have any problems with choosing

3) Shipping and Handling We ship via UPS, and offer
most of their regular services. We have some difficulty with Next Day
Air shipments due to our rural location, and their particular requirements,
so this is not a shipping choice.
4) Colors, Pricing , Catalog Content Prices are
subject to change, and descriptive, typographic and photographic errors
are all possible on this site. Centinela Traditional Arts is not responsible
for these errors. We have done our very best to reproduce colors accurately
from the weaving to the web. Unfortunately there is a great deal of this
that is completely out of our control, including the settings on your
monitor and lighting situation. We have included color names in descriptions
to try to aid your understanding of what each piece looks like.
5) Availablity We are constantly updating our site
to represent the inventory here at Centinela Traditional Arts in Chimayo.
Most pieces in inventory are one-of-a-kind. It is remotely possible that
the piece you choose to purchase could actually be bought by someone from
our shop before we have gotten our site updated to reflect the sale. In
this case we would let you know and give you the option of allowing our
weavers to reweave the piece, choosing another piece, or simply voiding
the sale.
