This striking garment is commonly used as a soft and elegant shawl or scarf. The wool mesh is woven of lambswool. The piece has forest green as a background color and bark brown and pecan included in its design. The scarf measures approximately 17 x 68 inches. It was woven by Amanda Speer, who together with her partner Dain Daller, forms a fiber arts project emphasizing hand-dyeing that they call The Warp Zone, working out of their off-grid home in rural northern New Mexico.
